The ‘Overlook Suite’ is located on the upper level of the two-unit Lakeshore Cottage that is adjacent to Church Landing and poised on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. It is only accessible via a small set of stairs. The Overlook features two bedrooms and 2 full size baths all on one floor. The master bedroom boasts magnificent lake views with a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The living room has a pullout sofa bed, attached dining area, a hearthstone gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a screened in porch and sun deck overlooking the lake with a gas grill (Summer Only). This Suite also includes a two person outdoor seasonal (Summer Only) plunge pool for your exclusive use! The Overlook Suite can accommodate up to six guests.
There Is a Two Week Cancellation Period for This Suite
The ‘Hearthstone Suite’ is located on the lower level of the two-unit Lakeshore Cottage that is adjacent to Church Landing and poised on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. This large one room suite is accessible by a set stairs and has a king size bed, a sofa sleeper, a beautiful hearthstone gas fireplace, wet bar, window seat overlooking the lake, and a screened in porch/stone deck. The full bathroom features a glassed in shower stall and a soaking tub. This Suite also includes a two person outdoor seasonal (Summer Only) plunge pool for your exclusive use! The Hearthstone Suite can accommodate up to four guests.
Please note this suite is not handicap accessible are not recommended for people with mobility issues as there are stairs leading to the room.
