For the comfort and consideration of all our inn guests, check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. on the date of your departure. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be honored for an additional fee, if availability permits. Please contact Guest Services for assistance.
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and do not include 9% NH tax or gratuities.
In addition to the nightly rate, a voluntary $2.50 housekeeping gratuity and $1.50 Meredith Conservation fee will be added to your statement.
There is no charge for children aged 12 and under. Additional occupants are $20 per person, each night.
To ensure availability, Spa appointments should be booked as far in advance as possible.
There is a 50% charge for changes/cancellations to Spa appointments with less than 24-hour notice. No-shows will be charged in full.
Holiday periods, special events, and selected weekends may be subject to a minimum stay requirement.

We proudly offer a limited number of pet-friendly accommodations at Church Landing and The Inn at Mill Falls.
A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee all reservations. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled last night of your stay.
In the event of cancellation:
Cancel by 3 pm 7 days prior to day of arrival to avoid penalty of 1 night room/package charge plus tax.
A $30.00 processing fee will apply to cancellations prior to the seven-day cutoff.
Holiday periods, special events, and selected weekends may be subject to an extended cancellation period.
Cash, travelers’ checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
Personal checks may be accepted as deposit payments on reservations made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
