Church Landing

Church Landing houses our mobility accessible room. It features a roll-in shower with a seat, wider bathroom door entry for wheelchair accessibility and grab bars in the bathroom.

Church Landing also has an additional room with a tub and grab bars in the bathroom, near the registration desk, that may be suitable for some guests with limited mobility. 227 rooms in the Mill Falls building and 243 rooms at Chase House also have tubs and grab bars. Bay Point

The Inn at Bay Point has one room with the grab bars in the bathroom.

If those rooms are not available, we do have a shower seat and toilet seat on hand.

Chase House

The Chase House building has one handicap room.

• This room has a roll in shower, shower seat and grab bars in bathroom.
• Wider bathroom entry for wheelchair accessibility.
• Close to the check in desk.

The Inn at Mill Falls

The Inn at Mill Falls had the bathrooms redone and all the showers have grab bars in them. There is still one room at the Inn we consider Handicap because it has the grab bar by the toilet as well.

Private Lakeside Cottages

Our private cottages along Lake Winnipesaukee are ideal for families and larger groups seeking privacy. Enjoy residential-style accommodations in our cottages, with private access (for resort guests only) to Weirs Beach, located just in front of these accommodations.
