A restored nineteenth century linen mill and a tumbling forty-foot waterfall create a setting that envelops guests in an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and easy relaxation. By combining old-world charm, a crackling fireplace, cozy nooks, an indoor pool and sauna, and affordable accommodations, Mill Falls redefines the traditional country Inn.
Adjoining The Inn at Mill Falls you will find the Mill Falls Marketplace where fifteen of the most interesting and unique shops, galleries and restaurants are at your doorstep.

All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to 8% NH tax. Children 12 and under stay free with parents. Additional persons are $20.00 each per night. Holiday periods, special events and selected weekends may have minimum stay requirements.
Pet friendly accommodations are available at Church Landing and the Inn at Mill Falls.

The Inns are pleased to announce pet friendly accommodations at both the Inn at Mill Falls and Church Landing. In the same indulgent fashion that we pamper our guests there are added amenities for your beloved pet as well; their own pet bed, a comfy throw and yummy treats. Please call our guest services department for more information on bringing your pet to the Inns. We look forward to seeing you and your furry friends!
Pricing: $75 per pet (2 pet maximum) and a refundable pet deposit.
